Todd M. Johnson

Todd M. Johnson represents individuals, corporations, limited liability companies and other entities principally in the areas of trusts and estates, commercial transactions and corporate securities law.

Mr. Johnson received his legal education at Harvard Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate cum laude in 1996.

Mr. Johnson is the past Chair of the Executive Council of the Securities Regulation Section of the State Bar of Arizona and has served as chairman of its Rules and Regulations Committee. Mr. Johnson also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Suns Nite Hoops, a non-profit corporation which provides an educational job placement and recreational program for young adults.  During law school, Mr. Johnson served as a summer extern for the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest. 

Mr. Johnson graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the Honors College at Arizona State University in 1993, where he was the Moeur Award recipient for obtaining the highest grade point average of his graduating class. Mr. Johnson was a Regents' Scholar and was selected for membership in the Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi and Golden Key honor societies.

Mr. Johnson was raised in Scottsdale, where he now resides with his wife Amy, and their children, Michael, Sarah and Laura.
