Ann K. J. Stefanovski

Ann K. J. Stefanovski practices in the areas of corporate securities law, general corporate law, commercial transactions and real estate.  In connection with her practice, Ms. Stefanovski has represented clients in a wide variety of matters, including securities offerings, contract and lease negotiations, purchases and sales of residential and commercial real property, purchases and sales of stock and/or assets, loan transactions, business formations, mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to relocating to Arizona and joining the firm, Ms. Stefanovski practiced with a large Michigan based firm in the areas of Municipal Finance and Business Law.  Ms. Stefanovski was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1998 and was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2004, after achieving the highest score on the February 2004 Arizona bar exam.

Ms. Stefanovski received her Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law summa cum laude in 1998 and was awarded the Charles H. King Award for achieving the highest grade point of her graduating class.  While in law school, she was a Note and Comment Editor for the Law Review, a King Scholar, and a research assistant for three professors.  Ms. Stefanovski earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1993 and Master of Business Administration degree in 2003, both from Michigan State University.

Ms. Stefanovski was born and raised in Sterling Heights, Michigan.  She now resides in Gilbert, Arizona with her husband, Tom, and her children, Jacob and Katie.
