Timothy E. Clements, II

Timothy E. Clements, II practices in the areas of real estate, development and commercial transactions, corporate securities law and general corporate law.  In connection with his practice, Mr. Clements has represented clients in a wide variety of matters, including contract negotiations, purchases and sales of real property, purchases and sales of stock and/or assets, loan transactions, business formations, mergers, acquisitions and securities offerings.

Mr. Clements received his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1999.  While at Santa Clara, Mr. Clements was a volunteer at the Eastside Project and a volunteer intern at the East San Jose Community Law Center, both of which are projects designed to serve the underprivileged people of San Jose.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Clements clerked for a large Palo Alto, California based firm in the areas of corporate governance and securities law.  Mr. Clements received his legal education at Arizona State University College of Law, where he was awarded a Juris Doctorate in 2004.  While at Arizona State, Mr. Clements was a member of the Corporate and Business Law Society and the Family Law Students Association.

Mr. Clements is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and the District Court of Arizona and is a member of the Scottsdale Bar Association.

Mr. Clements was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he now resides with his wife Donna and their son Carter.
