Patrick J.
Davis has litigated a wide variety of
commercial cases in state and federal courts
for nearly 15 years. He has extensive
experience in business, construction real
estate cases and
bankruptcy claims. He is admitted to
practice in Arizona, New York, the District
of Columbia, New Jersey and a number of
federal courts. His successes include a
$3,690,000 jury verdict in a real estate
non-disclosure case. Mr. Davis’ clients
include financial institutions, regional and
national contractors, subcontractors, and
developers, and one of Arizona’s largest
municipalities.
Mr. Davis is very
active in community service. He serves as the Vice
President of the Scottsdale Mounted
Sheriff’s Posse which provides support to
search and rescue operations throughout
Arizona. He also serves on the Scottsdale Board of
Adjustment and is a board
member of the Scottsdale Bar Association.
In addition, he is a graduate of the
Scottsdale Leadership program, Class XIX.
Mr. Davis is also an
avid horseman who regularly represents and
counsels those in the horse industry, such
as veterinarians, trainers, farrier and
boarding facilities.
Prior to joining the
firm, Mr. Davis practiced with law firms in
the Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. He also served as a judicial clerk
for the Honorable Earl H. Carroll, United States District Court, District of Arizona 1989-1991.
Mr. Davis obtained his Bachelor of Arts
degree from Brown University. He was awarded
the degree of Juris Doctor from the Arizona
State University College of Law.
Mr. Davis was born in
Peoria, Illinois and resides in Scottsdale,
Arizona with his wife Katie, and their three
children, Samantha, Hunter and Carson.
