Kelley L. Cathie

Kelley L. Cathie practices in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions, general corporate law, estate planning and probate law and has represented clients in a wide variety of matters, including contract and lease negotiations, residential and commercial real estate sales and purchases, employment contract formation, land use and zoning issues, probate and estate administration.

Ms. Cathie received her legal education from Arizona State University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctorate in 2005.  She was awarded numerous American Jurisprudence Awards and was named a Pedrick Scholar five times.  During her time at Arizona State University, Ms. Cathie clerked for U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Charles Case and volunteered for the Victim’s Legal Assistance Program.

In 2002, Ms. Cathie was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Arizona where she graduated cum laude.  While attending the University of Arizona, Ms. Cathie served as managing editor for the Tombstone Epitaph, financial chairman for the inaugural Arizona State Leadership Conference and served on the executive board for Camp Wildcat, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of Tucson’s underprivileged youth.

Ms. Cathie was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2005 and the District Court of Arizona in 2006.  Ms. Cathie is currently a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Scottsdale Bar Association.

Ms. Cathie was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and currently resides in Chandler, Arizona with her husband Dennis.
