Darrell S. Husband

Darrell S. Husband represents and advises individuals and various business entities in a wide variety of real estate and corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, development, mortgage lending, commercial, leasing, corporation and limited liability company formation, and intellectual property protection.

Mr. Husband also has significant experience in commercial and real estate litigation, as well as extensive experience advising and structuring all types of residential and commercial mortgage financing.

Mr. Husband has been licensed to practice law in Arizona since 2003, and in California since 2002.  Mr. Husband is currently the YLD representative on the Executive Council of the Securities Regulation Section of the State Bar of Arizona.  Mr. Husband is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. 

Mr. Husband received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2002 from the Pepperdine University School of Law, where he also received a specialty Certificate in Entrepreneurship & Technology Law.  Mr. Husband is currently a Fellow and was a Founding Student Board Member of the Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology Law in Malibu, California.  While in law school, Mr. Husband was on the Dean’s Honor List and was a Brief Writing Coach for the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Law Moot Court Competition.

 Mr. Husband received his undergraduate education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  Mr. Husband was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and now resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
