Dan B. Zebelman

Daniel B. Zebelman practices in the areas of commercial litigation, probate litigation, real estate and commercial transactions, general corporate law, and estate planning.  In connection with his practice, Mr. Zebelman has represented clients in a variety of matters, including contractual disputes, probate litigation, contract negotiations, purchases and sales of real property, purchases and sales of stock and/or assets, loan transactions, business formations, mergers, acquisitions and securities offerings. 

Mr. Zebelman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Human Resources in 1998.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Zebelman worked in money management and software development in Seattle, Washington, and mixed use/mixed income real estate development in Boston, Massachusetts.  He also co-founded a non-profit organization placing graduate students as management consultants with Boston-area non-profit agencies and volunteered as a Big Brother through Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay. 

Mr. Zebelman received his legal education from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctorate in 2007.  He also completed over forty hours of mediation training at the Lodestar Mediation clinic and mediated disputes weekly in the Maricopa County Justice Courts. 

Mr. Zebelman was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2007.

Mr. Zebelman was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and currently resides in Tempe, Arizona.
