Daniel E. Fredenberg

Daniel E. Fredenberg practices primarily in the areas of commercial, construction and real estate litigation.  He has represented various business entities and individuals throughout the State of Arizona and has substantial jury trial experience.  He has successfully represented corporate entities in more than a half dozen jury trials and has conducted numerous arbitrations and bench trials.  Mr. Fredenberg was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 2000.

Mr. Fredenberg has experience in commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation, contract disputes, probate litigation, construction defect litigation, employment disputes, securities litigation, construction law, consumer rights and personal injury litigation.

Prior to joining Titus, Brueckner & Berry, P.C., Mr. Fredenberg practiced at a large law firm in Phoenix.  Mr. Fredenberg obtained his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in geography.  Mr. Fredenberg attended Willamette University College of Law and was a visiting scholar at the Arizona State University College of Law.

Mr. Fredenberg was born in Phoenix, Arizona and resides in Phoenix with his wife, Jill, and son, Jackson.
