Michael F. Patterson is an associate who practices in business and securities transactions. He previously worked in our Scottsdale office from 1993 to 1998, and has now returned to the firm after almost 4 years of living and working in Mexico City, both in a missionary capacity and as a U.S. lawyer primarily assisting U.S. companies in managing their legal needs there, and throughout Central and South America. He reads, writes and speaks Spanish fluently.

Mike was recently featured on the cover of the March 2002 issue of Arizona Attorney Magazine, in an article entitled “Lawyers without borders” regarding his cross-border practice.
