Titus, Brueckner & Berry is a commercial law firm with a focus on real estate,
securities, finance, business and corporate law, intellectual property and insurance

We have represented clients in billions of dollars of real estate and commercial
transactions, including representations of developers and homebuilders in the
formation of and financing through community facilities districts. Our firm served
as securities and corporate counsel in the first "plain English" initial public
offering of securities registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission
and the first multi-state coordinated equity review of a securities offering.
We litigate disputes in all forums, including state and federal courts and arbitration
and administrative tribunals. Our attorneys have brought and defended several
cases of national prominence, including the pursuit of a claim resulting in the
first treble damage award ever made in a National Association of Securities Dealers
arbitration.
