We have defended numerous brokerage firms and individuals in securities related administrative proceedings, including insider trading investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, enforcement proceedings, and license revocation proceedings by the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission and disciplinary actions by the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Creditors’ Rights
We represent creditors seeking to preserve and enforce their rights. Our attorneys assist creditors in exercising their rights in and to their collateral, both through the initiation of prosecution of legal proceedings and through the self-help mechanisms available under the Uniform Commercial Code. We structure various workout arrangements between corporate borrowers and third party lenders as well as related party lenders. Our attorneys represent creditors and other interested parties in various chapter 11 and chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings.
